Tools for Procreate is a powerful digital illustration tool that allows you to create intricate and detailed designs. In this article, we will take a look at how to create a digital illustration of a pair of pants and a top using tools in Procreate.

First, let’s take Bella, a model wearing pants, and remove the background. This can be done by using the Magic Wand tool and selecting the background, and then hitting the delete button. We can then save the image in PNG format.

Next, we will open a file of jeans and add the saved girl to the first layer. We will then close the upper layers. Using the Freeform and Warp function, we will adjust the shoes. First, we will highlight them from the front side, and then from the back side.

We will then do the same with the pants, adjusting each side in turn, using only the Freeform function. The same process will be applied to the top layer of pants. Clothes are divided into layers in case you want to add a print. The top layer is needed to preserve clear lines. However, if you do not plan to add a print, you can combine the layers and then adjust it.

Next, let’s open any top, for example, a Cardigan. In this case, we will combine all the layers of the cardigan. In the bottom layer, we will add Bella saved in jeans. We will then adjust the top, highlighting it first from the front side, and then from the back side. We will customize using the Warp function.

Finally, we will use the Liquify function — adjusting the top along the edges with a Push brush. That’s it! Our beauty Bella is ready, wearing a pair of custom-fit pants and a top.

In conclusion, Procreate offers a wide range of tools that can be used to create detailed and intricate digital illustrations. By removing the background, we were able to isolate the model and then add her to different clothing layers. By using the Freeform and Warp functions, we were able to adjust the fit of the pants and top on the model. Additionally, by using the Liquify function, we were able to fine-tune the edges of the top for a more realistic look. Happy creating!
